Kate is a Canadian illustrator who spent many years as a graphic designer giving her many opportunities to combine design with her cartoons for numerous print and web projects. She graduated with an MFA from the University of Hartford and is focusing her attention on illustration, including children’s book illustration, along with drawing cartoons in support of freedom of expression and human rights. Kate’s cartoons have been shared across social media and have appeared in the Washington Post, The Guardian and other publications.
